General Store Services and Group Rates

At the Ichetucknee General Store, you can enjoy freshly-prepared hot and cold menu selections such as hamburgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, crisp salads and hand-dipped ice cream (available seasonally and reopens spring 2018). Dine outdoors at tree-shaded picnic tables located throughout the park.

Souvenirs, tee shirts, swimming and paddling supplies as well as picnic supplies, ice, sunscreen and sundries are also available at the General Store, located at the South Entrance.

Ticket windows in the front of the General Store sell transportation wristbands for the in-park tram shuttle (based on season), servicing primarily those tubing the Ichetucknee, as well as van/bus transportation to the river’s headwaters at the North Entrance.

Explore nature on this guided tour of the Ichetucknee River. Led by a Park Ranger, you are sure to discover hidden gems of the springs as you are guided off the beaten path. Offered fall through spring, there’s always something new to see. Winter months welcome manatees while fall and spring usher in a full palette of lush aquatic and plant life.

Time Machine Tour, Saturday, Dec. 16 from 12 to 2 pm

Take a fascinating journey by van from the Head Spring into the Ichetucknee forest to the site of the 17th century Mission de San Martin de Timucua. Learn about the ancient Timucuan capital of Aquacalyquen. Explore the rich history of the park from prehistoric times to the present. Guided by a Park Ranger.
