Welcome to Ichetucknee Springs

Discover the crystal-clear waters of one of Florida’s best rivers for tubing and paddling at Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Rent tubes, kayaks, stand up paddlboards and canoes at the only outfitter located within the park.

Let the gentle current of the bright turquoise river guide you on a relaxing retreat through shaded hammocks and forests of cypress, maple, oak and pine. Get up close to Florida wildlife on the shores and underwater. See turtles, otters, deer, birds of prey, wading birds, fish and maybe even manatees and beavers.

Tubing and paddling adventures are offered year-round:

  • Tube from South Entrance launch points throughout the year or from the North Entrance from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.
  • Two trip experiences are available for those kayaking or paddling from 2 to six hours.

Swim, snorkel and scuba dive to experience the springs that feed the bright turquoise waters of the Ichetucknee River, including the 40-foot-deep Blue Hole Spring.

Fed by nine springs, the Ichetucknee River, declared a National Natural Landmark, lets visitors experience the natural beauty of its blue-green waterways year-round.
